Cells throw out small packets of information in the form of molecules packed together in tiny bags. Which cells is this information intended for? Do all bags carry coherent messages or some carry garbles? What effect to they have in a body? How do we use this information to enhance health? These are only SOME of the questions about this newly found entity called “EVs” (extracellular vesicles) – popularly as “exosomes” – the smallest size bags scientists can study currently. From tissue regeneration to cancer, they seem to have a role everywhere. This talk will be a low-down on all that.
